Euphaedra medon Commonly known as the Medon Forester, this species is a striking butterfly native to West and Central Africa. Its wings display a vibrant green and orange pattern w ith subtle iridescence. Habitat and Natural camouflage: Subtle greenish or grayish tones mimic moss and lichen, helping them blend in when resting on tree trunks. The brown and tax patches on the underside of the wings look like fallen leaves on the forest floor.
