This cloudy or "Nigori" sake has gentle nose filled with cherry, citrus and cream components. Wow! Looks can be deceiving as this fluffy looking brew actually drinks quite clean an d watery with a nice dry finish. There is a muted sweetness which is highlighted by gently tangy citrus tones.
