Dekorativ was first put into production during the 60s. It was designed by Gunnar Bolin with inspiration from a hook strip that he found at his mother-in-law's house. During the de cades it has been popular because of its sturdiness and practicality but mostly because of its space-saving qualities. Twenty years ago it was put out of production but in customers' search of clever solutions for the hallway, a demand has risen during the last couple of years.
