She house-crafts three toothsome, salty-sweet nutty pralinés: a deeply caramelly hazelnut praliné, delicately crisped with feuilletine and butter-toasted Middle Eastern kataifi dough; a creamy-crisp pistachio filling, invitingly crunchy with butter-toasted kataifi; and a velvety, cinnamon-warmed cashew recipe reminiscent of the traditional Indian sweet kaju katli.
