Knee High is an open-pollinated variety of sweet peas that produces compact, bushy plants topped by colorful, fragrant flowers. An ideal variety for small beds and containers, plan ts average just 12 inches tall, but can occasionally grow to 3 feet, particularly when not grown in full sun. Fragrant flowers come in a soft and elegant mixture of pink, purple, lavender, white, and salmon colors. Performs best in cool weather. Plant in early spring for central and northern US, or late fall for zones 8-10. Caution: All parts of this plant are poisonous. Do not plant near edible peas. Do not consume. Show more
