Two medial and lateral stays give additional support and stability to the knee joint. Two adjustable hook-and-loop straps ensure a secure, comfortable fit during activity. How to wear: Hold the top of the support with both hands. Insert your foot and pull the sleeve up until it reaches the knee. Position the opening so the patella (kneecap) sits centrally in the padded ring. Secure the upper hook-and-loop strap first, then fasten the lower strap for a snug fit. Ensure the two medial and lateral stays sit either side of the kneecap to provide correct stabilisation. Adjust straps so the support is firm but not uncomfortably tight — you should have full range of motion with gentle compression.
