If you’ve never owned a high carbon steel knife before, caring for them can seem like a daunting task. In this kit we have included what we use to maintain all our high-carbon stee l knives. The kit includes: Tsubaki Oil (camelia seed oil) which protects the steel from rust and enhances patina in a convenient 15ml glass dropper bottle. Handle Care Balm which helps to condition wooden handles and restore their water-resistant finish. Made in house from a blend of beeswax, carnauba wax, and tung oil in a 15g aluminum jar. A compostable bamboo cloth. Abrasive paper to remove rust spots if they do form. Instructions for use and knife care advice. An organic GOTS certified cotton pouch for storage. All the packaging is reusable and recyclable and all the ingredients in the balm and oil are 100% food safe. Show more
