Maintain a Consistent Angle Across the Entire Blade A diamond rolling sharpener with 15° and 20° angle guides Maintaining the same sharpening angle by hand can be difficult, especially across a longer blade. The Diamond Knife Pro Rolling Sharpener uses a guided rolling system to help you follow a consistent 15° or 20° angle while sharpening compatible straight edge steel knives. Position the knife against the selected side of the guide block, then move the diamond sharpening roller along the blade edge using light, controlled passes. The rolling action makes it easier to maintain a steady path from heel to tip. Choose the Angle That Suits Your Blade 15° angle guide: Supports a finer edge for compatible knives designed with a narrower sharpening angle. 20° angle guide: Supports a stronger, more robust edge for compatible everyday kitchen knives. Diamond sharpening surface: Provides effective abrasion for restoring dull steel blade edges. Rolling mechanism: Travels along the blade while the guide helps maintain a consistent angle. Non-slip contact points: Help keep the guide stable on a clean, dry work surface. More Control Than Freehand Sharpening The angle block reduces the guesswork involved in holding a knife consistently by hand. This makes the sharpener a practical choice for regular maintenance before kitchen preparation, meat carving or the next barbecue gathering. How to Use the Rolling Sharpener Place the angle guide on a stable, clean and dry surface. Select the 15° or 20° side according to your knife’s existing edge. Position the flat side of the blade securely against the guide, with the cutting edge accessible. Move the diamond roller along the blade edge using light, controlled passes. Work across the full cutting edge from heel to tip. Turn the knife carefully and repeat the process on the opposite side. Wipe the blade thoroughly to remove sharpening residue before using it with food. Important: If you are unsure which angle your knife uses, check the knife manufacturer’s instructions before sharpening. Removing unnecessary material can shorten the life of the blade. Care and Safety Keep your fingers away from the cutting edge and rolling path. Use light pressure and controlled movements. Wipe the roller and guide with a soft, dry cloth after use. Do not immerse the components in water or place them in the dishwasher. Use only with compatible straight edge steel knives. Suitability for ceramic and serrated knives has not been confirmed.
