Skills Classes resume in the fall! This class will cover proper knife handling, knife safety, choosing the appropriate knife and the importance of a sharp edge on delicate veg. Use one of our store knives or bring your own if you choose. Daily fresh produce will be provided. Please bring a container / tupperware to take home your expertly cut veg!
