Portuguese Moscatel d’Oro, while comparable to Oloroso in structure, imparts a more aromatic and floral profile, adding nuance to the whisky’s long-developed character. Tasting Notes - Floral and citrus fruit. Colour: Apricot gold.Nose: Crumbly Scottish tablet, soft sourdough, frangipani and wild strawberry.Palate: Vanilla bean ganache, pink grapefruit and candied orange peel.Finish: Luxurious white chocolate enlivened by physalis and crystallised ginger.
