Prompted by a piece of poetry by Wendell Berry, read to me at the end of a Yoga session… To Know the DarkTo go in the dark with a light is to know the light.To know the dark, go da rk. Go without sight, and find that the dark, too, blooms and sings, and is traveled by dark feet and dark wings. As so often with my work, a prompt, a feeling, inspires the image but once started it goes its own way, takes on its own personality – I liked the way it went!
