Crafted of carbon steel with an electroplated black zinc coating, this match striker is hefty enough (1 lb. 6 oz.) to not slip when striking a match. The exterior surface features a deep knurling pattern which provides the necessary friction that is essential to its function. Use it for candles, incense, or with a fireplace. Works with "strike anywhere" type matches only, available at many hardware stores. Matches will leave residue after use, which can be easily removed with a damp cloth. Show more
