The handles feature an easy to use screw design, with knurled knob for quick disassembly and assembly. Plastic spacer included to prevent scratching on your equipment. Dual knurl marks are machined into the knurled handles to assist in achieving the same hand position on each exercise. Made using the same materials and processes as our Chrome barbells, to offer a familiar and grippy feel to the handles. Compatible with all products in our T-Series, J-Series and S-Series.
