Delight in the enchanting crunch and juicy flavor of our new collection of Kohakuto Crystal Jelly Candy - a traditional Japanese confection first crafted over 200 years ago by the confectioner that pioneered the use of agar as a plant-based setting agent. Each hand-cut piece features a sparkling, crystalline appearance with a delicate sugar shell that gives way to a soft, jelly center. Infused with the refreshing taste of ripe fruit juices, tangy citrus, floral teas and more, these edible crystals deliver a burst of sweet, juicy flavor with an addictive crunch in every bite. Their vibrant color and dazzling texture make them as beautiful to display or gift as they are delicious to enjoy! Currently sold pre-packaged in either a 2oz single flavor option or 3oz flavor samplers featuring a themed mix of flavors!
