Risque de Schütt represents the craft of Kollektiv Peternell, an Austrian winery founded in 2018 by three friends with guidance from Partida Creus winery. This red wine combines tw o traditional Austrian varieties - Blaufränkisch and Zweigelt - sourced from old biodynamic vineyards near Lake Neusiedl. The winemakers use semi-carbonic maceration to enhance the wine's natural fruit character, followed by aging in stainless steel tanks. Perfect with smoked dishes and cured meats. Show more
