The kollokium Projekt 01 - Variant "E2" features a brutalist grey, fully luminous and three-dimensional dial set with 468 individually hand-applied cylindrical markers configured in six different diameters and heights. Each cylinder is sandblasted and then filled with Super-Luminova that glows with blue light. Squinting one's eyes, the twelve hour markers come into focus, with large batons for the cardinal hours, and smaller circles for others. Projekt 01 - Variant "E2" features oblong-shaped hour and minute hands in matte black with fluorescent yellow Super-LumiNova outlines, an intentionally minimalist design which keeps the textured dial in focus. The black econd hand features an open triangle counterweight, echoing a similar motif found on the crown. The 40mm case is made from die-cast steel, with little finishing or embellishment, and its texture is neither matte nor frosted. All edges on the case are slightly rounded off, a natural smoothness resulting from the die-casting process. Inside a closed case-back, the Projekt 01 - Variant "E2" is powered by a Swiss-made, automatic movement, La Joux-Perret's G101. Limited edition of 499 pieces.
