The König XD-16 Pro is designed for SUVs and pickups equipped with oversized tyres. The König XD-16 Pro features a ground-up fitting system. Thanks to the flexible cable sliding on the ground behind the wheel, all chain parts can be connected without moving the vehicle. Once the snow chain is mounted on the wheel, the XD-16 Pro requires the user to stop and re-tighten the chain properly after some low-speed driving. The cross-sections of the König XD-16 Pro are manufactured with simple straight links to maximise the balance between performance and driving comfort. The high number of cross-sections helps ensure continuous grip and improved force distribution to maximise product reliability. Additional features such as König Micro-Adjust and König Wheel-Shield Level 2 complete the package, providing added benefits and value for the end user. König XD-16 Pro is certified according to O-Norm V5117, O-Norm V5119, UNI 11313 and EN 16662-1. Please note snow chains are currently on pre-order. Shipment depends on availability with the supplier. Please check your chain size and car manual for vehicle-specific instructions before ordering. Contact us if you are unsure of the size or type of chain required. Snow chain warranty/guarantee does not cover chains used on a vehicle fitted with a wheel/tyre size combination that is not approved for snow chains by the manufacturer, as outlined in the vehicle owner’s manual.
