The system has automatic portafilter tare and is accurate and reliable in even the most extreme commercial environments. Live Weight Readout Compared to other grind by weight grinders that simple show the target weight expecting you to trust the scale, the Mazzer Kony Sg provides the true weight after each shot so you know exactly what's in the portafilter. Conical Burrs Compared to a flat burr grinder, the conical burrs in the Mazzer Kony Sg allow for a much lower RPM without sacrificing grinding speed. This lower RPM provides less heat and retains better aromatics and flavor from the coffee beans. Cooling Fan The integrated cooling fan ensures the grind chamber never overheats and provides a consistent coffee temp even under continuous use.
