A rather intense little korimako / bellbird perches on a branch. He is psyching himself up for the evening chorus. A4 8.3 x 11.7 in (210mm × 297mm)Signed and dated 69.00 He has bee n carefully painted using traditional watercolour techniques, many layers of ochres, greens and emeralds have been layered up to capture the texture of the korimako's plumage. Then it has been professionally printed using archival inks on Ilford Gold 310gms cotton rag paper.
