You will work FLAT, then zip up the pieceô€€ƒto form the tube.**ALSO AVAILABLE IN A SET--SANTA PATTERN PACK Lip Balm Covers!!!!After a request from a dear fellow beader, I created my KRIS KRINGLE Bracelet into a lip balm cover pattern! These would make great gifts as they are very quick and easy to stitch! HAVE FUN!I stitched the original using a size 12 beading needle and 4lb FIRELINE fishing line.I used size 11/0 Delica beads to create this pattern and size 15/0 gold metallic seeds for the 3-bead picot trim.If you do decide to work the picot trim, I would suggest working it before you zip up the back.When you’ve completed the design, you will "zip" up the back by going in and out of each side. I stitch the top/bottom beads twice to secure. Weave in your ends.I used 11 colors making 37 columns and 66 rows using a total of 1221 beads.The cover as designed measures 2 3/4 inches around by a 1 7/8 inches tall.******************************************************* Within the pattern you will find full color photos of the finished piece; a DELICA bead legend (listing of colors used); a full color graph large enough to read easily and a WORD CHART of the pattern.
