The 24-27V 60A DC Generator by German brand Könner & Söhnen® is designed as a reliable backup charger for 24V batteries. The generator produces direct current without the need for voltage converters, significantly increasing efficiency and eliminating issues common with AC generators in 24V systems such as solar setups, medical and telecom equipment, fire safety, and surveillance systems. It’s also ideal for maintaining or charging vehicle batteries during parking. The generator features an AUTO mode, which uses an integrated controller that continuously monitors battery voltage and automatically starts charging when voltage drops, stopping when optimal parameters are reached. The second mode, MANUAL/EXTERNAL, enables connection to an external device using a CONTROL TERMINAL for start/stop control via "dry contacts". Direct battery connection simplifies installation, while external dry contact control significantly extends integration capabilities of the generator within existing power supply systems.
