Also known as an autumn roasted tea, it offers a warm and comforting character. "Kuki" means stem in Japanese. This loose leaf hojicha is made using carefully hand-picked tea stems—in autumn, the stems are known to be the sweetest part of the tea plant. Naturally lower in caffeine, Kuki Hojicha can be enjoyed hot or cold brewed. It is also the only Japanese green tea that can be brewed with 100°C boiling water—making it simple and easy to prepare.
