Kukui, or the candlenut tree, is Hawaii’s official state tree and has long been valued in Native Hawaiian culture for its many uses and symbolic meaning. This quilt pattern, inspir
ed by the Kukui tree, was hand-drawn by Leighton in the early '90s, capturing the spirit of Hawaii’s natural beauty. Gold Finish: Signature 18k Gold Finish (1-2 mils, 25-50 microns). Up to 50x thicker than standard plating for lasting daily wear. Other Materials: Base metal brass. Silver finish is antique silver. Black detailing is enamel with same ultra thick gold plating.
