This light and elegant blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris comes from vines grown in clay-limestone soils and tended as part of a living ecosystem, thanks to Julien Albertus’s push towards organic and biodynamic practices. Hands-off winemaking at its best, with zero additives at any step of the vinification or aging process. Fermented with native yeasts, two years of aging in stainless steel tanks.
