If you run into any issues with your Kuno, please do not hesitate to contact me for assistance. That said, the warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from user error (stripped screws, user-inflicted damage, etc.). I can still offer repair in such instances, but you will be charged accordingly for it. Repairs that are covered under the warranty policy are, of course, provided free-of-charge! Some examples of issues covered under warranty: Any persistent tuning issues (tap, excessive handle play, binding) Handle slap (pinsless failure) Disclaimer: What is and isn't covered by the warranty policy is entirely up to my discretion. Also, while this product is manufactured by Machinewise, please do not go to Deylan (or any Machinewise employee) with feedback / warranty claims / etc. The Kuno is entirely a Remshi Designs product, and you can rest assured that I stand behind my products 100%. Sustainability Remshi Designs is committed to packaging our products with sustainable materials. This includes the box, packing material, tape, and hardware baggies! I believe the only plastic utilized in our packaging is the shipping label itself :) In addition, the pouches that Kuno units are packaged in are hand-sewn and embroidered by my wife (from natural fibers).
