Kurema Ace Exp EX is a Japanese high-dose vitamin B complex made for people who spend long hours at a screen and end the day with tired eyes, a stiff neck and heavy shoulders. Its core is fursultiamine — a fat-soluble form of vitamin B1 that the body absorbs far better than ordinary thiamine — combined with B6, B12, vitamin E and gamma-oryzanol. The high-dose B-complex formula Japanese pharmacies have been building around fursultiamine for decades, shipped to you directly from Japan. Key benefits Fursultiamine (vitamin B1 derivative), 100 mg per daily dose — a fat-soluble B1 developed in Japan, absorbed and retained better than standard thiamine Vitamin B6 100 mg + B12 1500 µg — the two B vitamins involved in normal nerve function and in turning food into energy Vitamin E 100 mg + gamma-oryzanol 10 mg — rice-bran derived gamma-oryzanol and tocopherol support normal blood flow to hard-working muscles Made for desk-and-screen life — in Japan this formula is the usual choice for eye strain, stiff shoulders and lower-back tiredness Authentic Japanese product — sourced in Japanese pharmacies and shipped direct from Japan Product details Brand All Yakunin Product name (EN) Kurema Ace Exp EX Product name (JP) クレマエースEXP EX Category Supplements / Vitamins Product type High-dose vitamin B complex, sugar-coated tablets Quantity per package 270 Form Sugar-coated tablet Country of origin Japan Target user Adults 15+; screen workers, drivers, students, physically active adults Main concerns Eye strain, stiff shoulders and neck, lower-back tiredness, numbness in hands and feet, everyday fatigue Key ingredients Fursultiamine (B1), Pyridoxine (B6), Cyanocobalamin (B12), Tocopherol acetate (E), Gamma-oryzanol, Calcium pantothenate (B5) Who is this for? Recommended for adults whose day ends with tired eyes and a stiff upper back — office and remote workers, designers, drivers, students in exam season. Ideal if you notice eye strain by late afternoon, tension across the neck and shoulders, heaviness in the lower back, or occasional numbness in hands and feet. Also chosen by physically active adults and by anyone who wants B-vitamin support in a well-absorbed Japanese form. Not suitable for children under 15. How to use Amount: 3 tablets per day. Do not exceed 3 tablets in 24 hours. When: Take all 3 tablets during the first half of the day — with or just after breakfast, or split as 2 in the morning and 1 at lunch. B vitamins are involved in energy metabolism, so a morning dose fits the body's natural rhythm; taken late in the evening they can feel a little too energising for some people. How: Swallow whole with a glass of water. Taking them after food is gentler on the stomach. Tip: Give it time — this is a cumulative formula, not a one-dose fix. In Japan the usual guidance is to reassess after about a month: if you notice no difference, stop and speak to a doctor rather than continuing indefinitely. Ingredients Active ingredients per daily dose (3 tablets): Fursultiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1 derivative) 109.16 mg (equivalent to 100 mg fursultiamine) Pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) 100 mg Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) 1500 µg (1.5 mg) Tocopherol acetate (vitamin E) 103.58 mg (equivalent to 100 mg tocopherol) Gamma-oryzanol 10 mg Calcium pantothenate (vitamin B5) 30 mg Cautions Adults 15 years and over only. Not for children. Do not exceed the stated daily dose. Prolonged high-dose vitamin B6 intake is not recommended without medical supervision. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking any medication or under medical care, consult your doctor before use. Stop taking it and consult a doctor if you experience a rash, itching, nausea, stomach discomfort or any unusual reaction. If you notice no change after about one month of use, stop and consult a doctor or pharmacist. A mild garlic-like smell or aftertaste is normal and comes from fursultiamine, not from spoilage. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Close the container tightly after use. Not a substitute for a balanced diet, adequate sleep, or medical treatment. Take all 3 tablets with or after breakfast, or split them 2 in the morning and 1 at lunch. B vitamins take part in energy metabolism, so a morning dose suits most people better than an evening one. How is this different from an ordinary vitamin B supplement? The B1 here is fursultiamine, a fat-soluble derivative developed in Japan. Ordinary water-soluble thiamine is absorbed in limited amounts, while fursultiamine passes more readily into the blood and tissues. That is why fursultiamine has been the backbone of Japanese high-dose B-complex products since the 1950s. Why do the tablets smell slightly of garlic? Fursultiamine is derived from allithiamine, a compound originally found in garlic. The faint smell is part of the ingredient itself and is not a sign that the product has gone off. Can I take it together with other vitamins? Check the total B6 and B12 across everything you take — doubling up on high-dose B vitamins is easy to do by accident. If you already take a multivitamin or are on prescription medication, ask your doctor or pharmacist first. Is this the authentic Japanese version? Yes. We buy it in Japanese pharmacies and ship it from Japan in its original packaging, with the Japanese package insert inside. No repackaging, no export-only reformulation. How long does delivery take and will I pay customs? Orders are processed in 2–6 business days and dispatched from Japan with tracking. Import duties and taxes depend on your country — they are not included in the price. Disclaimer: supplements and over-the-counter products are not a substitute for medical treatment. Consult your doctor before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication.
