The Kuretake ZIG Masking Writer is a pen-style masking fluid that brings precision to watercolour and mixed media work. Available in three tip sizes—1mm for fine details, 2mm for general use, and 3mm for bold strokes—it allows you to preserve white space with control and elegance. Simply apply to your design, paint over it, then remove the dried masking to reveal crisp, clean edges. A sophisticated alternative to traditional brush-applied masking fluid, eliminating mess and uncertainty. Best for 100% cotton papers as it may be difficult to remove the masking fluid. Test on a sample piece of material before use. If the tip becomes dirty, wipe it on a piece of scrap paper until the dirt is removed. Be sure to remove the masking fluid after use.
