Light bitterness upfront, followed by hints of sweetness. In lattes the bitter-sweet combo, a defining trait of The Legacy, becomes crispy and fresh. No sharp astringency (dry-sour taste). For best result, use less water and keep the latte ratio small to preserve The Legacy's unique quality. Tasting notes: Sharp, grassy and clean. Deliberate bitterness that become sweet.
