Dian insists on viewing the body of the latest victim and claims it is not Catherine, who, at the moment is being tortured by (The Tarantula). A veiled female figure insists that Catherine knows something and orders the hooded man to continue. A tense dinner scene is enacted at the Goldmans'. The Sandman gets a clue from a taxi driver before the police do.
