Inspierd by an art piece by Ukiyoe painter, Hirosige Utamaru, from the Edo period.In the olden days, west Tokyo was called "Musashi" and east was called "Shimofusa", Ryoukoku Bridg e being the border line of the two cities. A huge festival was held every summer, with many stalls and theatres entertaining people for days and nights.
