Kyle spent over 11 years as a design engineer in the private sector before turning his sights on distilled spirits. Kyle's engineering background helped him tremendously in designing a distillery from scratch. He took it upon himself to create the entire distillation production process, from equipment design all the way to product design. Kyle still makes all the distilled products by hand each and every day. You might even see him giving a Copperwing distillery tour in the evening or pouring samples at a local liquor store.
