A distinctive Greek white from the mountainous north of the Peloponnese, made from the native Roditis grape, a pink-skinned variety known for retaining freshness in warm climates. Sourced from high-altitude vineyards (around 850m) cooled by sea breezes, it’s organically farmed and fermented slowly with native yeasts before ageing on lees in stainless steel. Fresh yet textural, it shows lemon blossom, citrus and orchard fruit with hints of bergamot, herbs and a subtle saline edge.
