With eyes on the head, the court goldfish look up the sky but have a bad eyesight.Some say they were developed by growing in deep vases with narrow openings, others say they were m utated from Telescope Ranchu. Called "Court Goldfish" in China which was never taken out of the castle in Qing Dynasty.
