Pufferfish "Fugu". There are about 45 species in Japan. 50-70 cm in length. Covered with small spines. They inflate their bodies to scare of predators. Considered to be the best ta sty fish because of their firm texture. They are eaten raw, cooked in pot, fried or dried.
