Aurélien has 5 hectares spread over multiple tiny plots, all with different expositions and soil types - a real patchwork, geddit? This is exceptionally creamy on the nose and it carries over into the finish, with a peach yoghurt kind of vibe going on. Super refreshing, super interesting. One for those who get bored easily.
