A Return to Classic Complexity While last year’s harvest showcased lush, ripe flavor profiles akin to a natural process, this season marks a stunning and elegant shift. The cup is highly reminiscent of a classic Ethiopian profile, distinguished by an unprecedentedly complex aftertaste. This intricate flavor structure beautifully echoes our very first encounter with this lot back in 2021. To best honor and unlock this specific complexity, our final roasting approach was carefully calibrated to closely mirror the specialized profiles we utilized during the 2022 and 2023 seasons.
