Viñedos Verticales is one of the wineries that have brought life back to the Málaga area. Instead of just making sweet dessert wines and sherries, they focus on making good, dry wi nes from native grape varieties such as Romé and Doradilla. They work biodynamically and organically, the grapes are grown high in the mountains, and it results in very beautiful fresh red wines and slightly oxidative white wines.
