Place: Languedoc, France Grape: Colombard + Marsanne + Muscat d’Alexandrie + Sauvignon Blanc Vibe: Advanced The King of mental blends is back! And wackier than ever, but we're into it. The Colombard is direct pressed then blended with the others which see about a month's maceration, before the whole lot ferments in stoneware jars and ages away on the lees. The result is bright, zippy and salty, and like all things La Sorga, very much alive. ABV: 10.5% Please note this wine is un-sulphured and may be volatile. It is best drunk in one sitting. Show more
