HOW IT WORKS When you agree to become a Lab Rat, you will receive repeat deliveries. Delivery frequency is based on your selection. You can choose the contents of each of your packs, or you can choose to receive a pack based on our winemaker’s selection. Your first order confirmation email will contain instructions to setup a login to our Lab Rat’s system. This will enable you to make changes to the contents of each of your packs, update your contact details, and your payment details. To maintain your Lab Rat’s membership, you must purchase a minimum of 2 x 6 packs of wine per year [12 bottles in total]. PAYMENT Your payment details are stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each of the deliveries. Payments are processed based on the frequency that you select. For example, if you have chosen a monthly Lab Rat’s pack, your payment will be processed on the first of each month. CANCELLATION Cancellation of your Lab Rats membership must be made in writing to [email protected]. A minimum term of 12 months is required for cancellation, and this must include purchase of a minimum of 2 cases [6 bottles of wine per case].
