Saturday Class Time (virtual): 9am-12pm(All times are listed in Mountain Time) Women who are approaching their birth with joy and the desire to learn, or refresh, their labor coping skills will find the class helpful. This three hour workshop will provide hands-on, interactive skills practice for women and their support team in labor-coping techniques such as movement, positions, birth balls, aromatherapy, massage, breathing, imagery, hydrotherapy, rebozos and more. Facilitated by a certified birth professional, this workshop will provide you with proven techniques to understand and manage your labor with confidence. We will send you a Zoom link with instructions the evening before the class.The cost for the live virtual workshop is $60/couple and the in-person workshop is $75/couple.
