How To Use:Simply insert the tool from the back of the piercing with the non-threaded end until it pokes through the front, then line up your internally threaded labret and use the tool to guide your labret bar through - it's as easy as that.Please note: the screw is not compatible with all our internally threaded labrets but does not affect use, the taper acts as a guide to simply allow the jewellery to follow through easily and we find it easier to use the tool with the instructions above.
