Lace Replacement (Closure Units Only) Our Lace Replacement service is designed to refresh your closure wig with a brand-new lace install, extending the life of your unit without starting from scratch. Service Details: -- This service is ONLY available to clients who have purchased units from House of Agalliao. If your unit was not purchased from us, please email or DM us photos/videos of your closure unit BEFORE purchasing this service. If purchased without approval, you will be refunded. -- Replacement is currently for closure wigs only. -- Closure must be the same size as the original closure used. (Example: If your unit has a 5x5 closure, you must provide a new 5x5 closure for replacement.) -- Lace is sold separately unless you are providing your own lace. Please provide the correct closure size when booking. -- Turnaround time: 7–10 business days. -- Elastic Band can be changed, if requested. Important Notes: -- This service includes closure replacement only. It does not include washing, deep conditioning, or styling. -- If you’d like your unit fully refreshed and styled, you can add on our Agalliao Aftercare Service (Wash + Deep Condition & Styling) for a complete revamp. -- Wigs must generally be clean for ONLY closure replacement before sending. We do not replace lace on un-clean units.
