On the daily page, there are designated places to log today's date, weather, temperature and even your meals. The bottom half of the page is a spacious to-do/memo section that features a grid and convenient check-boxes down the side. The 184 daily pages allow you to record 6 months of your life, but they are undated to allow for flexibility.
