For lactose intolerance, this is our 20,000 FCC tablets. This product contains the enzyme lactase and is taken at the time of the meal or drink containing lactose.Directions for us e (adult): Swallow a quarter to one tablet immediately before eating/drinking a product containing lactose, lasts for approximately 30 to 45 mins. Maximum of 10 tablets daily.Child dose (2 years and above): Child dose is proportional to food intake, so approximately a quarter to half a tablet would be sufficient for a food portion a quarter to half the size of a standard adult portion.
