Lactifiber Tablet may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide. Lactifiber Tablet contains Ispaghula and Lactitol as active ingredients. Lactifiber Tablet works by reducing the intestinal pH and lowering the production and absorption of ammonia; absorbing more water and fiber in the intestine; Uses: Lactifiber Tablet is used for the treatment, control, prevention, & improvement of the following diseases, conditions and symptoms: Constipation Inflammatory bowel disease Symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome Muscle spasm in the colon Inflammatory bowel syndrome Swollen vein in anus regions Small tear in the tissue that lines the anus Pregnancy-associated constipation Side Effects: The following is a list of possible side-effects that may occur from all constituting ingredients of Lactifiber Tablet.
