Heat Therapy: Place the gel pack inside the microwave lying flat for time indicated the microwave 700 watts - 16 seconds, 1,000 watts - 13 seconds, 1,250 watts - 11 seconds After testing pack temperature 5 second increments may be added as needed until desired temperature is reached Do not heat for more than 25 seconds total Always test prior to application Care: Wash perineal gel packs in warm soapy water Wash reusable bamboo covers by hand or in the washing machine Do not tumble dry
