This powder provides Lactobacillus rhamnosus, a single well studied probiotic strain, at ten billion colony forming units per gram. Maltodextrin is the carrier. Lactobacillus rhamn osus is one of the most researched probiotic species and one of the strains in the Combocillus blend. People take it on its own when they want one strain rather than a mix. One scoop a day in water on an empty stomach provides the serving. It is often chosen for children or for anyone who cannot swallow capsules, because it has no taste. Show more
