With decidedly peachy and apricot nuances, Lactone Storm is a balanced base of classic fruit aroma chemicals and deluxe lactones. Lactone Storm works as an alternative to the more common Undecalactone Gamma (Aldehyde C-14 so called) and imparts a far more modern and interesting character to a scent. This base takes the popular peach fruit note and makes it more diffusive, radiant and long lasting. As well as being used for fruit notes, Lactone Storm blends beautifully with white florals, particularly Florol, Mayol and Cyclomethylene Citronellol. Blend it with Irotyl (Orris Capronate) and Iralia® for a radiant fruity orris. Lactone Storm is sublime with Gardenia J. Ellis and transforms the marvellous Visa (2007) by Aurélien Guichard for Piguet, the demonstration formula for which can be found below.
