While making stew and soups, I often find myself setting my ladle down on the stovetop or countertop, where it leaves a small puddle that I have to clean up later. This ladle stand puts an end to that! The lip holds the ladle in place in a subtle balancing act, keeping any mess to the confines of its porcelain basin.
