Product Story & Origin A Softer Take on a Classic Earl Grey has long been one of the world's most recognizable teas, prized for its citrusy bergamot aroma. Lady Gray offers a gentler, more delicate take on that tradition, layering in lemon peel, orange peel, and cornflower petals alongside the classic bergamot oil. At Palm Beach Teas, our Lady Gray Black Tea is blended for a smooth, mild, and fragrant cup that never overwhelms. It is Earl Grey's softer sister, perfect for those who love citrus and florals but want something a little lighter on the palate. Enjoy it any time of day, with or without milk, and let the cornflower petals remind you that even a simple cup of tea can feel a little special. Lady Gray is a black tea blended with bergamot oil, lemon peel, orange peel, and cornflower petals, offering a smoother, milder alternative to classic Earl Grey. How much caffeine does it have? Like most black teas, Lady Gray contains a moderate amount of caffeine, generally 30–60mg per 8 oz cup. How is Lady Gray different from Earl Grey? Lady Gray uses a lighter hand with bergamot and adds citrus peels and cornflower for a milder, more floral profile compared to the bolder flavor of traditional Earl Grey. Should I add milk? It's optional. Lady Gray is smooth enough to enjoy plain, though a splash of milk pairs nicely with its citrus notes. Why choose loose leaf over tea bags? Loose leaf tea uses whole or larger leaves that steep more evenly and release fuller flavor than the tea dust found in most bags. Where can I buy premium loose leaf black tea online?
